SHARE MARKET REVIEW

Market is opened today with flat note. Today midcap and smallcap are up and market breadth is positive. Among the frontliners, Bharti Airtel, Tata Motors, L&T and Jaiprakash Associates, ONGC, GAIL, SBI, HUL, ITC, Tata Steel, Siemens, ABB, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Sun Pharma, Cipla, were traded on higher and TCS, Ambuja Cements, Maruti, TCS, Reliance Industries, IDFC, DLF, Unitech and HDFC Bank were traded under selling pressure. The upward momentum of the market may now take the Nifty up to 5900-5950 at which level it will find resistance.

Major resistance for upside is 6,080 with the crossing of which 6,150 can be touched. For downside, major support is at the level of 5,850 and 5,750."
