Stocks To Buy Or sell Today :- Titan Industries Ltd will be in focus ahead of its quarterly results. The company is likely to report a standalone net profit of Rs 172 crore for the quarter ended September 2012, up 16 per cent, from Rs 148 crore in the corresponding quarter last fiscal. 

 Power Grid Ltd will be watched ahead of its quarterly results, the company's net profit is likely to surge 30 per cent to Rs 920 core for the September quarter from Rs 709 crore in the corresponding quarter last fiscal. 

Engineers India Ltd after the public sector company has posted a 10 per cent growth in profit after tax (PAT) at Rs 161 crore for the second quarter of the current fiscal. 

Shoppers Stop Ltd after the company reported a consolidated net loss of Rs5.58 crore for the three months ended September, against a profit of Rs10.23 crore in the corresponding year-ago quarter.
